As part of our attention to our client’s needs, at the conclusion of every matter we send our clients a Client Feedback Questionnaire.  From our clients’ comments we can gauge if we are providing the level of service that they want, and if needs be make changes.

These are some of the results from the responses to our Client Feedback Questionnaire for the period January 2008 to the end of June 2009:-

1. 98% of our clients said that they were either fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the overall level of service provided.
2. 97% of clients said that we gave them information or advice that was either fairly or very easy to understand.
3. 96% of clients said that they were likely to or certain to recommend us to someone else.
4. 94% of clients said that we kept them up to date fairly or very well.
5. 91% of clients said that the outcome in their case was either the same or better than we had advised.

On Tuesday 9^th March 2010, Gemma Mayer was proud to present to the Spalding Grammar School Rugby Team a set of jerseys that had been sponsored by ourselves.

Maples has longstanding and well established links with the school, and we are pleased again to be supporting local sport in the Spalding and South Holland community following on from last year’s sponsorship of the Spalding Cricket Club.

We wish the boys at Spalding Grammar School all the success for future matches, and you can follow their progress as we will be regularly publishing match reports on this website.On 13^th March 2010 our Managing Partner, Anita Toal and Gemma will be the Guests of Honour at the Rugby Dinner at the school, and will be handing out awards to the players.

We know that buying a house is a very exciting time but it is also one of the most important and serious financial decisions that most of us will ever make. Here are a few helpful points which will hopefully keep your mind focused and avoid getting caught up in the moment:

The 31st January 2015 marked 25 years at Maples for our ever reliable and hard-working cashier June Dimbleby.  To mark this occasion a gathering of the staff and Partners took place in the Boardroom, and David Hicken presented to June a card of thanks and also a gift show the firm’s appreciation.

In particular David thanked June for her loyalty and dedication, and in particular for dealing with all our deadlines and last minute rushes (especially on the last Friday of each month!).  Here’s hoping that there are plenty more years of great service to come from June.
