Testimonials

"Maples were highly recommended to me and I have been given a first class service throughout. Straightforward, honest, and professional advice through some difficult and complex issues which arose, sometime unexpectedly."

"The firm didn't make a drama out of a crisis, in terms of my position"

"Anita Toal is kind and caring whilst at the same time professionally first class. I felt in very safe hands and she made my divorce as easy as it could be. Highly recommend her services."

"I found everyone at Maples, warm and friendly. At my first appointment I was shown compassion as I was very upset at the thought of going through a divorce. Anita was very helpful at all the stages I had to go though and I was kept informed all the time with either letters or phone calls. Anita's Secretary, Sue, was also a god send, if I ever couldn't get hold of Anita, Sue was always on the end of the phone to help me in anyway she could or just to reassure me. Even though my divorce was very traumatic for me, Maples made it a little easier to cope with."

"I was looking for a solicitor to handle my divorce which was not a straight forward case as since our separation my ex husband and I could not agree on a settlement between ourselves. Maples was highly recommended to me by several people that had used them in the past, so I made contact and booked my first appointment. I received first class service from the outset and all the information was upfront, honest and easy to understand. I was kept up to date throughout the process and more than happy with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maples, especially Anita and Sue to everyone that needs good, honest advice a great service."

"Anita was extremely understanding, efficient and sensitive in what was a difficult time. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her to others."

"Found Anita to be very good at her job, and I felt comfortable at all times, would not hesitate to use her again."

"Mrs A Toal was very professional and supported me throughout the troubling time.  Mrs Toal always had time to explain anything which I didn't understand - she really went above and beyond.  Thank you very much for all your help and the advise [sic] you gave me - I am now able to have my child overnight.  Highly recommend!"

Testimonials

Jamie Dobbs FCILEx

"I should like to take this opportunity to express my very sincere and grateful thanks for Jamie's unfailing helpfulness and efficiency in all aspects of the handling of my late stepmother's estate. Jamie have always replied to my (many!) queries promptly and comprehensively which has been a enormous help throughout what I know can be a fraught and stressful process. Sadly, it is increasingly rare these days to experience the highs standards of service that Jamie has provided."

Gemma Mayer LLB

"I would highly recommend Maples Solicitors, especially Gemma Mayer, for any conveyancing work. The level of support and professionalism was excellent at all times. I also felt if I needed to ask or clarify anything that it was not an issue. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough, but Gemma helped me through it step by step."

Anita Toal LLB BA

Faye Blair LLB

Faye was excellent, sensitive and acted very well to the time constraints we faced. Great service and dealt with compassion at such sad times made the process less painful very professional.

Jamie Dobbs GCILEx

Over the last forty years I have cause to deal with many law firms both in a personal and professional capacity, including some ‘top’ London Companies. In all of those dealings I have never found anyone as proactive and so willing to offer help and advice as Jamie Dobbs. During the last two years Jamie guided my parents through the completion of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Helped myself with the use of the LPA and recently dealing with Probate and Estate Administration following their death.

Mike Pepper MA

Mike Pepper gave us excellent advice. He was always most helpful and accommodating giving lucid explanations every step of the way. Thank you Mike.

Donna Sandison FCILEx

Donna has been helpful and professional every step of the way during the process. Always on hand to answer any queries and totally professional and friendly at all times.
