Company and Commercial Law
Company and Commercial Law
Introduction
We advise all types of businesses, from sole traders and small family run businesses through to companies with large multi-million pound turnovers. The following is a snapshot of some of the matters that we regularly deal with:-
- The sale, purchase and merger of businesses
- The formation, running and management of a company
- Partnership Agreements
- Shareholder Agreements
- The duties and powers of directors
- Commercial agreements and contracts
- Terms and conditions of business
- Debt and equity financing
- Employment matters
- Copyright, trademarks and design rights
- Insolvency
- Dispute resolution/litigation support
Our Approach
We like to work with businesses to help them to prosper. Not only do we provide legal advice of a pragmatic and commercially sensible nature but we like to support your business by referring to you other professionals in other fields when needed (e.g. accountants, financial advisors, website designers etc).
Costs
We can offer fixed fees for most work types, so you can budget accordingly. Alternatively we can work within a budget fixed by yourself. Our fees are extremely competitive with other legal firms both locally and nationally.
